Metro Hospital
This projects' scope consisted of all the soffit panels, skylights, doors and roof caps. We worked with Harmon Inc. to provide all sealants on time. Through Dowsil we secured a 25 year manufacturer warranty on all sealants.
Artisan of Cleveland
We had 60,000 foot of weather seals, and made sure we had our portion complete each floor to allow the project to move on schedule. We caulked the entire glazing system inside and out, along with all man doors and stairwell fire rated doors. Each different application required an adhesion test to ensure the best possible installation.

We have done several Facade restoration on buildings at Glen Research. Every one of the projects requires compliance with all safety regulations. We are very proud the we meet and exceed those regulations every time while providing quality craftsmanship.
The Tappan
This project was located in the Ohio City area. Our Scope consisted of all windows, doors, and masonry control joints.
Wesley Tower
Wesley tower was a full building restoration. We replaced the precast caulking, washed and sealed the full exterior façade and caulked all the new windows and doors.
Tower 80
We worked with the client to perform a soffit inspection after the original panels experienced wind damage. We took pride in the amount of safety implemented to ensure the residents were safe, while we worked our way around the building.
